We are a community / family of student athletes at Pakuranga College, which has built an outstanding basketball programme both on and off the court over the past three seasons. 

Our Opens boys team were the Counties Manukau Premier Champions for only the 2nd time in schoool history and also qualified for secondary schools nationals for the 1st time, finishing 22nd overall from nearly 300 schools.

As well as that we started a homework club for all our players and developed girls basketball with greater emphasis!

We are looking to fundraise for regional and national tournaments, as they require travel all over the country for both girls and boys teams.

It is important as these costs can amount to $500 to $1000 for each player. We want tournament week and nationals to be a viable and affordable experience for all players and families involved.
